POLICIES AND INFORMATION
A minimum deposit of $ 10.00 per person is required to hold the room. This deposit will be credited to the final bill.
DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE.
It is recommendedthat details such as menu, floor plan, special linen order, chair covers and your preferred timing agenda be completed no less than two weeks prior to your event. These details may be handled well in advance for your conveience.
A 50% payment of the estimated contract balance is required a minimum of thirty days in advance. Guaranteed number of guests and final payment is due one week prior to event.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT.
Any additional charges are due by the end of the event.
There is a $ 1.50 per person slice and serve charge for all cakes supplied by outside vendors.
Alchool Beverage Control standards dictate that we do not allow alchool beverages to be brought in from outside sources. We do not permit any outside beverages unless written in the contract.
We reserve the right to require outside security for large events. This costs is responsability of the engager.
